Formulate and deliver Sales Objectives in alignment with Business StrategyBuild the entire Sales Organisation for the BusinessEstablish complete sales and distribution channel, processes and policiesWork in tandem with Brand team for designing and executing an optimum activationstrategyRole RequirementsShould be a strategic thinker who can give direction to build the complete sales systemCandidate should have demonstrated strong leadership and interpersonal skills, the abilityto manage multiple stakeholders and proven execution skills.Should have experience in setting up things from scratchStrong channel relationships in BangaloreMinimum 10 years of experience in Sales mostly from Beverages, FMCG industryWide experience in General Trade, Modern Trade and Institutional SalesHigh on energy, positive attitude, openness to ideas.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
