For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for National Sales Head - Software Enterprise Products. This director level position / job opening is at National level and the base location can be at Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi or Chennai in India. The work environment is conducive to innovation with no hierarchy, cabin free culture, and their credo is to have fun while working.JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, you will be responsible for sales of companys software products and services at Notional level across India, and you will manage and drive all the regional heads to achieve the sales quota for the year assigned to you.You must have the ability to understand the business requirements and IT needs of organizations by interacting with C level executives and IT leaders at these organizations. You will provide solutions to customer s pain points, and map the customers needs to Company s solutions. To succeed in this organization, you need to be Hunter at heart. You will be responsible for overall sales strategy; generating leads; and through your teams; nurturing these leads, qualify them to a prospect stage, carry them into proposal, price negotiations, and see them through deal closure.PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND OUT IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU Do you have an engineering degree from IITs or NITs or BITS or a college of equal repute, and preferably an MBA from IIMs or a similar tier 1 institute? Have you excelled in academics right from your high school? Do you have excellent English language written and verbal skills? Do you have overall 15 - 20 years (no more than 20 years) experience primarily in Sales of Software Enterprise Products? Do you have proven experience of managing teams? Are you the one who beats his sales targets consistently? Do you love making presentations to clients and industry forums? Do you have proven track record and an established image in software industry circles? Are you considered to be a top-notch Hunter mentality person throughout your career? Do you have proven examples of winning deals by innovative deal structuring? Do you have a good understanding of Pros and Cons of Cloud based products Vs On-Premise products? Are you open to travel extensively within India (or abroad at times)?
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
