Grow the media and creative business in the Western India for Jugaad Advertising along the budgeted numbers and norms of the company Marketing and Implementing various advertising solutions and concepts to decision makers in large corporates, start up and Retail sectors Sales Head would be responsible for driving awareness and usage of the companys portfolio Ensuring sales and collection targets are met as per given standards and timelines to ensure smooth operations of the company in a system and process driven environment The incumbent should also understand the requirements of the clients and providing appropriate solutions.Roles & Responsibilities To develop proposals & conceptualizing innovative ideas for advertising, content marketing and audience engagement activities including execution strategy for companies Conceptualizing, Selling and implementing advertising apertures for the outreach campaigns To plan and implement successful marketing campaigns across industries and markets To handle customer queries for better turnaround time and customer satisfaction Incumbent must Identify prospective clients, generate business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets Interact with the clients on a regular basis & provide redressal to all their queries, complaints & handling all client relation Interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat / referral business Co-ordinate with the back-end team (finance for billing, reconciliation & recoveries) & with Operations team for optimizing ongoing campaigns and remaining inventory Initiate/develop relationships with key decision makers in organizations for business development. Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations & meeting the commercial deadlines and targets Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance in his team
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
