A Keen Planner, Strategist and Implementer with deftness in devising and implementing strategies aimed at ensuring effectiveness of operations, realization of sales and business promotion targets.Responsible for the overall coordination, the functional management and leadership of all of the sales activities of the business. To achieve sales targets in the assigned territory selling existing and new products & developing the sales territoryDefining annual business plan for the sales function based on the defined corporate strategies. Takes aging report from System for ensuring timely collectionsPrepares regularly daily / weekly and monthly activity reports and suggests appropriate improvements to field executives Provides leadership, motivation and control so that the Field executives work as result-oriented and well-motivated teamConducts random retail visit to get feedback of the product movement, sales force and marketing and positioning activities effectiveness
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
