ObjectivesTo understand the customer's regulatory, business and technical requirements and match it with the value proposition derived out of products and solution offerings, with the intention of securing business for the organization.Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Business Development, Lead Generation, Technical & Commercial Proposals and new market development for Industrial Automation Solutions and Automated Guided Vehicles. Responsible for marketing and building social media marketing in B2B market space.Responsible for working closely with the Sales / Presales team and being responsible for meeting the sales / revenue targets.Knowledge of Robot base solutions, Special Purpose Machines, Gantry System, Material Handling system etc.Ability to represent the technical merits of product and solutions.Managing assigned customers as Account manager.Use industrial data and other sources to Search for new clients who might utilise AGVs within designated regionsKeep abreast of automation and capital expenditure projects within the region that could use AGVs.Travelling locally and to other cities according to requirement, in order to make technical presentations and demonstrating how the AGV can satisfy the client's needsPrepare the sales funnel after prospecting the customers in each of the applicable domains.Understanding the customer's need.Manage the information internally by mapping the organization process for procurements.Lead RFPs / Tender participations and manage the bids.Pre-empting the post sale issues along with Project team & take corrective steps during pre-sales stage.Periodic updates to existing customers on new products and solutions.Contributing to continuous product development and organizational competitiveness by providing feedback on market requirements.Complete responsibility to implement strategy for the customer segment.Fine tune technical skills in the various facets of customer requirements versus HRSL product & solution.Driving business through channel (identification new partners) partners for product sales.Min. QualificationsB.E / B. Tech / DMEMBA / Post Graduation degree will be an added advantageExperience7-10 years in Industrial Automation SalesUnderstanding of lead generation & selling process in the Industrial Automation sectorKnowledge of local languageKey Performance IndicatorsBring in Customer Delight in form of repeat ordersMeeting the set revenue targetsCreation of sales funnelConversion of business queries into salesRecovery of payments from the customersBEHAVIORAL SKILLSExcellent in Verbal & Written CommunicationExcellent presentation skillsStrong negotiatorExcellent convincing skillsStrong in relationship building & networking
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)
