You will assist the company to get into new markets locally & internationallyMust be comfortable working in a competitive environment and be driven to meet regular sales targets. You are required to develop the necessary sales strategy to achieve the organizational goals and create metrics (lead scoring, quotas, forecasting, etc.) that can be monitored throughout the sales cycleThere is a combination of work by phone / teleconference / email & travel to client locations, expositions, trade shows, etc.Must be conversant and very knowledgeable about the service and be able to answer any questions clients may ask about the service. Must be persistent in closing the deal and good negotiation skillsIdentify business opportunities by identifying prospects & evaluating their position in the industry; researching & analysing sales options. Based on our value proposition and offering you will be expected to create relevant opportunities for work. While you are focussing on closing you will guide your colleagues to initiate the projects in a smooth mannerPrepare reports by collecting, analysing & summarizing informationGather market & customer information and provide feedback on buying trendsCreate Meaningful RelationshipsCustomer delight is key for our business success. And this starts with first empathizing with a customer s/prospects business need. You are expected to see prospects not purely as a deal that you could close but as relationships that our firm can buildDialogue Through your initial discussions with the customer/prospect you need to develop compelling project proposals, presentations and organize meetings to not only address their needs, but to clearly identify various challenges, opportunities and through consultation with our ops work out the deliverables and commercials custom to a requirementCommunication and ReportingYou become one of the faces (of Sapta), an ambassador of what we stand for. A strong control on our pipeline as well as maintaining the necessary internal communication and reporting, based on the matrices developed to keep track of how our business is heading. This role requires design sensibilities, business acumen and client empathyQualificationsQualifications, knowledge & experience(essential)Must have 2-4 years of experience in this field, preferably in selling creative services(desirable)MBA graduate with good work experience in an creative agency/media/PR agency, etc. Planning & OrganisingTo be able to plan your workload & working on a CRM software. To be able to multitask Problem solving & initiativeTo have a confident & determined approach, with the resilience and ability to cope with rejectionManagement & TeamworkMust be able to work on own initiative and be a team player Communicating & InfluencingMust have strong negotiation skills. Be multilingual, diligent and persistent. Must be able to communicate effectively
