Business Development Manager - Advertising, Noida and South DelhiCommunity Samvad (P) Ltd. is looking for dynamic, savvy; media sales professionals to join our Advertising sales team for Business development .This role will primarily be responsible for the selling of print advertising and generating revenue.Job DescriptionThe Business Development Managers at Community Samvada will be responsible forselling advertising space to SMEs and Corporate and help them connect with our readers of top most localities of Noida and South Delhi. They will be joining a team of experienced advertising and marketing experts who are developing breakthrough marketing programs, delivering world-class customer service, and achieving Samvada s goal of becoming a global leader in the hyper local advertising industry.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in print media sales with a top publisher. We're looking for an energetic self-starter with a consultative sales approach who is pro-active in driving revenue and increasing the client base. He must be result driven, have strong analytical skills and be committed to creating new business opportunities. The Media Sales Professional is expected to understand and be able to articulate the overall business objectives of Samvada and its value proposition to the advertising community.Responsibilities(include, but are not limited to)Engage and strategize with clients to demonstrate how Samvada can drive revenue to their business.Develop and cultivate deep relationships with variety of clients.Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.Hit target revenue quota.Pitch new business to prospective clients.Proactively provide smart client research and industry specific information.Update and create sales proposals.Basic QualificationsAny Graduate or any PG Minimum 2+ years experience in sales/business developmentPreferred Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience of working within a dynamic, performance driven environment.Customer-focused with ability to recognize sales opportunities.Relationships with key decision makersDemonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery.
