DescriptionUnderstand assigned Enterprise customers business requirements; apply knowledge of Lenovo products and/or solutions to help customers meet their business objectives Account management; identify business opportunities, achieve assigned financial/non financial goals, and identify opportunities to increase wallet share within assigned clients and business partners Analyze problems by using past sales experience and good judgment; work with other functions or team members to develop solutions to resolve problems Under minimum direction, develop relationships which promote the understanding of clients business objectives and goalsProven sales background Farmer / Hunter mentality Ability to manage the existing retention accounts and go deep in the account to increase SOW Get into new accounts and acquire them to increase Lenovo wallet share Good understanding of the regional business in the segment Strong Direct Sales exposurePosition RequirementsUnderstanding of the Regional business in the Enterprise Account segment Strong direct sales exposure Develop relationships which promote an understanding of the customers business goals and objectives Superior communication & influencing skills; a team player & a leader Collaboration with KAMs to ensure uniform execution of Enterprise contracts Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills Superior verbal and written communication skills, Team player.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
