Job DescriptionAn exciting new role is created to build the business in West India through direct & indirect sales. This would be a good opportunity for candidate to work independently, learn & contribute to this startup venture. The selected candidate would be responsible for followingAchieving the sales target in the assigned territory through key direct OEM accounts & Channel Partners in a secured manner. Candidate would be accountable for Payment & C Form collection.Market mapping to identify the potential OEMs, Consultants & Channel Partners in the assigned territory.Identifying and appointing Channel Partners / Stockiest in assigned territory. Supporting channel partner in terms of technical sales, pipeline building, converting the pipeline into orders, market reach & market penetration (50% time would be spent with Channel Partners and their OEM customers)Working closely with key direct OEM / EPC accounts to position Aquabrane Membranes in their projects (25% of time would be spent with key direct OEM / EPC accounts)Working closely with Consultants to get Aquabrane Membranes specified in their projects (15% of time would be spent with Consultants)Identifying 1 - 2 end customer for critical water / waste water treatment & working closely with them to position Aquabrane membranes & thus built a successful reference / case study ( 10% of the time would be spent with End Customers)Maintaining Market Knowledge around competition, water treatment OEMs & EPCs as well as key project bids in the assigned territory.Identify & develop one international territory for sales of Aquabrane Membranes.Working with supply chain & logistics team to ensure timely execution of orders. Should assume complete responsibility of customer satisfaction.Participate in Brand building activities like Seminars, Exhibitions, Advertisements, News Letter, Catalogue Designing & similar other marketing activities.Qualifications / RequirementsGraduate in Chemical / Mechanical or related science field with 3 - 7 years of experience in water treatment industry out of which minimum 3 years should be in membrane based application.Basic knowledge of Application, Design & Engineering of UF Systems.Sales Experience in dealing with mid Water Treatment OEMs.Experience in working with consultants & EPCs/OEMs for product approval & sound understanding about their selection process.Willingness to travel 50% of time.Excellent communication, networking & influencing skills.Motivated, Self-Starter, Operate Independently while delivering business goals.
