Acquire and Retain a Portfolio of good qualityCASA Accounts including Salary Accounts, Retail,SME and Corporate Clients to achieve the assigned targets numbers and service standardsDrive the day-to-day business through various activities and manage all micro promotional activityEnsure all compliance related guidelines are adhered toEnsuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customersManaging day-to-day administration of the portfolios of Retail & Corporate clientsMaintaining excellent relations with key clients / business groups to generate referrals as well as build avenues for additional business.Expansion of Internal and External Relationships and drive the sales results.Inter department relationship to improve the service to the customer Better co-ordination to ensure better end result to customers.Desired Candidate Profile3 to 7 years of experience in a Bank or Financial Services organization sellingCASA Accounts including Salary Accounts, Retail,SME and Corporate ClientsSelf Starter, ability to work independentlyDemonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement, strong interpersonal skills in a team environment a must.Excellent verbal communication and people skills required.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
