Lead the online and field sales operations to achieve volume and revenue goals via the combination of customer acquisition and relationship managementDefine product and sales objectives for the year, by channel and develop a comprehensive marketing plan to achieve goalsGrow and develop channel partners and manage successful relationships once they are on boardpoint, channel and assortment; Make necessary assortment adjustments to maximize sales turnover,SKUefficiency and profitability.Conceive and successfully implement Promotional Campaigns including sell-in materials, marketing support collaterals, events and visual merchandising programs.Ensure proper and thorough post-product launch and event analysis for all products and programs with respect to pre-defined objective and subjective criteria. Monthly report out to Sales Management teams. Incorporate key learnings into future programs.Continuously gather market intelligence information regarding competitive activity, economic and social trends etc. Use information to strengthen programs and products.Play a key role in defining new product forecast requirements and timely submission to central marketing. Brief demand planning team on all planned marketing support programs so that adequate product is available to support the activity.Desired Candidate ProfileMBA with 7 to 10 years of experience in Sales / Channel Sales in the jewelry, Luxury or fashion industryShould have a strategic vision both short term and long termShould have a clear and well-defined focus about the objectiveShould be organized in his / her workKnowledge of channel model and ability to recruit new channels and drive revenue at existing accounts
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
