Job Details

Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relatingto revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities and documentation formalities for mandatory customers.Generate new business and raise awareness of other company services.Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further salesand business development opportunities. Regular Feedback from Clients.Provide rates & quotations to clients to close the deal. To coordinate with billing team for timely billing done.Recovery of money from market place. Team management & motivation.Target Achievement in stipulate time frame. To provide feedback & market information to managementTo prepare & send periodic reports as per requirement of management Promotion of S.A. Consultant brand in market.Co-ordination with different departments & to become one point of contact to solve queries of internal and external customers. Required SkillsGood analytical, Convincing & communication skills. The flexibility to thrive in a fast growing and therefore rapidly changing company.Working knowledge of suitable Word and Excel software and the ability to select and use software packages as needed. A superior understanding of people, interpersonal relationships attitude in all dealings with clients and colleagues.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
