1. Maintain and increase the sales of companys products2. Reaching the targets and goals set for you3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base4. Servicing the needs of your existing customers5. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market6. Developing sales strategies and setting targets7. Monitoring team s performance and motivating them to reach targets8. Compiling and analyzing sales figures9. Collecting customer feedback and market research10. Keeping up to date with products and competitorsKnowledge, Skills & Experience Should have minimum 5- 7 years experience in Delhi market Should be from HVAC industry Should have good contacts with consultant / contractors in the north
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
