- Anticipate guest s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates.- Align working practices and conduct with Le Meridien Hotel & Towers Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests.- Be responsible for designated account base.- Maintain regular contact with the Starwood Sales offices where appropriate submit sales leads within the Starwood network- Assist in developing and implementation direct mail campaigns- Participate in public relation events, key account appointments, trade shows and activity programs to ensure all important contacts are regularly updated and entertained, keeping Le Meridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR top of mind.- Assist with the preparation of the annual marketing plan.- Where required develop policy, formulate direction and strategy.- Undertake additional duties as requested by the Director of Sales and Marketing or Director of Sales.
