Track industry trends, OEM Growth plans, EU investments, Competitors strategies & activities etc. to focus on key growth areas & define strategies/prepare account plan for the customers and region assigned to the position.Responsible for key customer/channel relationships, key job negotiations, and commercial issues to maximize customer affinity and effectiveness of the business.Preparation of Profit Plan, closely monitoring and achieving Profit Plan/YOY Sales Growth. Tracking of daily, weekly & monthly sales from assigned Customers/RegionEnsuring timely outstanding payment collection, achieve DSO target, C-Form collection & any other forms/documents required from time to time to conduct the businessDrive and enforce Schneider Electric policies. Act appropriately to ensure that employees are treated fairly; guide discipline/performance management process as necessary.Customer engagement, preparation of techno-commercial proposal to customers, negotiation & closing the dealPrepare various market & customer related presentations with key analysis for management reviewsResponsible for marketing activities for brand & product promotion with EU and OEMs by way of conducting technical seminars etc for the Customers / Pan India basis.Prepares MIS on a monthly basis on, sales trends & present it along with analysis for Management decision to India and global management teams/LoB. Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing is required. A Masters degree is highly desirable not mandatory Previous management or supervisory experience required. Requires extensive product application knowledge for Industrial Automation products Requires solid negotiation skills and market knowledge including competitor products. Sales and marketing experience in product offering is highly recommended. Minimum of 10 years field sales or product line marketing experience is recommended. Strong interpersonal skills used for review, motivation, and development of direct reports are strongly recommended. Working knowledge of local codes/standards is imperative.
