To plan and direct sales activities in India to achieve agreed sales volume, pricing and selling cost objectives by implementing consistently the overall sales strategy, using technical, organizational and customer knowledge.Handle and improve sales in Dietary Supplements (Vitamins), Food Ingredient and Beverage market In addition, provide inputs and participate in the marketing, market planning and technical development of products and services Work with the R&D, customer service and logistics personnel to establish a communication path with the customer to ensure sales opportunities for product and services. To develop market intelligence / Network to pursue market growth and deepen market penetrationDistributor Management To provide market information/requirements back to Regional Marketing and Product Management teamsDevelop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective portfolio. Identify and attract new customers, pursue new applications, and interact with corresponding process and product developers of the potential customers, leading to profitable future business.RequirementLocation Hyderabad Minimum 10-12 years of Nutraceutical / Vitamins sales experience Candidate with a sound techno-commercial backgroundGraduation in Chemical Engineering/Nutrition with Business Management preferredWill be able to demonstrate ability to identify new marketing opportunities Based in Mumbai (Chandivali) but willing to travel within India or outside as per business needHaving good communication skills, be self-motivated and be able to demonstrate team spirit Excellent network within the industry with Nutrition & Pharma companies and trade channelsTechnical Competencies Business and Financial AcumenCustomer and Market Intelligence Global Competencies Act with Entrepreneurial DriveDemonstrate Customer Focus Collaborate for Achievement
