Key AccountabilitiesContribute to vision and direction to the company's India initiatives with Vice president-Sales.Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins and customer satisfaction.Build a motivated team of sales, business development and operation personnel to achieve team results.Contribute towards the strategic plans and their implementation.Development and management of alliances with partners and vendors.Prospecting, Sales and Account Management at strategic levels and for selected strategic accounts.Coordination with marketing department for leads generation and leads management.Coordination with technical team for pre-sales (demonstrations,benchmarks) and post-sales technical requirements of customers.Interaction with industry bodies for establishing organization position.Achieving Sales targets.Executing Online and Direct Marketing campaigns to improve sales pipeline and responsible for ROI.Developing corporate literature, product brochures, Presentation templates and sales collaterals.Branding activities for Company and its Products/Services.Responsible for Data base Building & Management through various sources.Nurturing raw database and qualifying it to suspects, Prospects & leads through inbound and outbound marketing campaigns and Teleprospecting.Responsible for event management like Product Launch, Technical Seminars & Trade Show.To attend trade related technical seminars, shows and exhibitions.Business Planning & MarketingFormulate and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.Recommend and implement viable industry/ vertical strategies to Increase Company s market share and profitability.Develop and prepare sales forecast, budget and manpower plans.Prospecting, Sales and Account ManagementIdentify and penetrate new, and up-sell and grow share-of-pocket of existing, major accounts.Pursue major prospects, business opportunities and lead in major negotiations constructing appropriate terms of sales.Establish excellent client relationships with strategic customers.Interpret customer needs and works to meet those needs.Identify potential business opportunities.Supervise and trains sales team to achieve sales targets.Operations and DeliveryDrive process level improvements to improve overall delivery.Streamline gaps between sales, operations and delivery.Work with the stake holders to improve overall efficiency of the operations. Desired Skillset10 plus years of technology sales and high level account management in the IT industry.Proven track record in technology or services selling within any domain like PLM, SAP, ERP, IT infrastructure.Should have managed and achieved Annual Sales Target of $1 Million and above.Outgoing personality with vision and energy to build a great organization.Extensive business and professional network.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
