Responsible forachieving business targets for open marketliabilities (across all products)Ensure 100% conversion of existing borrowers for liabilitiesGuide the field staff for pitching liabilities products to existing customersTrain branch staff/customerson a) liabilities products, b) usage of alternate channels c) Cross-sellingPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESBusinessResponsible for driving business targets for liabilities products (esp. from open market customers) atthe SFBbranch and associated CSPs & UBRBActively drive conversion of existing customers for liabilities by coaching the sales officers and unsecured branch teamSet weekly/monthly targets for thesales officers, review the set targets on a regular basisGenerate leadsfor secured loans and third party products from open market liabilityFollow up on leads provided by call centrewithin defined TATAssess the market potential and give feedback on product modification and new product developmentto the regional product teamsShare insights on competitor products to the regional product/marketing teamsAct as the dedicated point of contact for the walk in customers; address queries pertaining to liabilitiesExecute the marketing initiatives designed by products & marketing departmentService QualityEnsure customers are educated about the liabilities products offered by ClientResolvecustomer queries/grievances (pertaining to CA/SA, FD / RD, remittances & third party products) escalated from the field staffwithin specified time frameUndertake initiatives to increase the products per customerOperationsOversee collection of documents for account opening in strict adherence to KYC normsKeep abreast of the changes in policies and guidelines by RBI, ensures his/her team is educated on the changes to ensure strict adherenceConduct joint business calls/field meetingswith field staff to convert customers for liabilitiesResponsible for correct storage of client information and any other documentation inclusive internal reports, memos etc.Learning & PerformanceCoach the branch staff on liabilities products and support them in conversion of existing customers, lead generation and cross selling of deposit productsBuild a team of Liabilities Sales Officers, mentors and motivate them to achieve the targets.Ensure goal-setting, midyear -review andannual appraisal process happenswithin specified timelines forself and reporteesEstablish and oversee communication system between theasset sales and deposit sales teamsto ensure no leakage of leads and seamless customer experience
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
