Primary responsibility for growing sales through channel to Commercial/ Residential Segment in Mumbai regionArticulates clear understanding of current/future targets for switchgear sales in the Mumbai territory, competitive positioning & pricing strategies which achieve Eaton's expectationsConstantly monitors market dynamics including customer and competitor developments, and recommends strategies to counteract these pressures to senior management.Takes ownership of total customer satisfaction. Establishes and executes regional customer relationship review process and corrective action plans, as appropriate. Champions Eaton s standing on customer performance metrics (accuracy, corrective action plans)Supervises all commercial aspects of accounts including negotiation, commercial warranty claims, commercial impacts to scope changes, and all other commercial and pricing activities associated with the accountsProvides Voice of Customer feedback on the Mumbai customer needs on product and technology trendsProvides customer interface strategy (points of contacts, frequency) and builds strong rapport with key customer decision-makers Develops the appropriate customer sales forecast for the business plans.sition CriteriaGood negotiating, interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skillsStrong knowledge of switchgear components sales as applied in MCB/ RCD/ DB sales to commercial/ residential segmentPractical understanding of value based selling and pricing Strong sales track record and experience of pricing negotiations.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
