Job DescriptionComing up with a prospect list, initial research on the prospect(includes research through available info sites and drill down such as annual reports, CXO speeches, prospects strategic direction, identifying prospect's pain area needs, identifying our service offerings relevant to the needs, generating an effective first pitch presentationResponding to RFIs and RFPs understanding our differentiators and articulating these for coming up with a compelling proposition for the client, collaboration with delivery team for technical solution and presenting the solution in the most effective way in the proposal.Develop new accounts by nurturing relationships to open cross selling opportunitiesManaging customer and prospect visits to India. Collaborating with sales, Practice and delivery teams for project executionIdentify and qualify potential clients from an inside sales perspective. Work with customers to manage and grow the accountsWork with Marketing to develop strategies and ideasInitiate and close services and software sales for CMS and productivity line of businessUnderstand marketing on the internet and create periodical content to increase visitor traffic on the website. The candidate will be expected to develop a business pipeline using the website as a tool and should understand the complete process of converting visitors in clientsSetting objectives for the team members, providing guidance mentoring and developing juniors into capable and confident individuals so that they can perform routine tasks independentlyCAREER PATH CORE COMPETENCIESMandatory RequirementsExperience level of 6 to 8 years after graduationShould have been involved in front line sales for at least 7 yearsExperience in selling both services and packaged software solutionsExperience in software sales process for Saas Solutions and Microsoft related technologiesExperience in the relevant sector- I think we work with BFSI sector or IT services sector or EPC Sector all across the countryCRM experience specifically - Microsoft Dynamics experience is desiredMust be able to identify decision makers initiate and close deals and follow through on a consultative sales approachExperience working with Senior executives working with software sales cyclesExperience in content management systems specifically SharePointHigh fluency in English - written & SpokenEnthusiastic and a 'can do' attitude a must along with the flexibility to spend extra time in office if requiredExposure to the Microsoft stack of Software Product/Applications -marketing and sales will be an added advantageShould have working knowledge of MS office and productivity suiteMust be able to work under pressure and generate resultsAbility to Multi task in regards to campaign timelines and deliverables CommunicationPromotes active listening with team membersExcellent organizational, writing, oral communication skills, project management skillsMust Possess Excellent proposal writing skillsContributes appropriately to conversationsPROFESSIONAL QUALITIESLeadershipFollows through with commitments and fosters mutual trust with fellow team membersAssumes additional responsibility without being askedExhibits appreciate problem solving skillsTeamworkProactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team membersDemonstrates the ability to cooperate with a variety of people and achieve resultsEnthusiastic Team player
