Roles and ResponsibilitiesVolume / MixDefines sales target at dealers levelSets up the dealers sales business planAdapts NSC strategy to the dealer levelCommits a yearly target with each dealer and implements actions to reach itDealer ManagementElaborates a sales diagnostic for each dealerParticipates in the Ideal Network PlanningAnalyses the dealers market potentialSets up a business plan per dealer including sales, marketing, media, local press and public relation activitiesCommits Sales target to dealers, including model mix and fleet targets, based on national targetUses the tactical actionsDevelops local events or partnerships at dealer levelAdvises the dealers regarding organization, sales processes, stock management, standardsDefines the local communication and media plan with the dealersEnsures that each dealer has the right volume of new cars stock and demonstrator carsOrganizes twice a year a dealer meeting in his areaEnsures that each dealer is participating in the necessary trainingsAdvises on ideal organization at dealersEnsures all Audi standards are fulfilled by the dealersProfit, Finance and ITOptimizes dealers and NSC profit through effectiveness of actions (tacticals)Target dealer profitability > 2 % before taxParticipates in the day to day training of the sales staff at dealershipsReportingPrepares weekly reports of the sales trends and actions in place (deliveries, orders)Sends minutes after each dealer/customer visit to the NSCEnsures that the actions decided in the minutes are put into placeFollows-up the actionsFleet BusinessDefines the corporate sales target for the dealers, including Leasing, RAC, local key accounts and small companies, VIPs and authoritiesAnalyses the corporate market potential and sets up prioritiesTakes advise from the Corporate Sales Managers of the NSC, as expertsUsed CarsDevelops the Audi used car label in the network (Audi Pre-owned plus)Ensures the sales of NSC used cars to the dealer networkIs responsible for the achievement of the used cars sales target and budgetsCustomer SatisfactionFollows and steers local actions to increase customer/dealer satisfaction and loyaltyPre-requisitesBusiness School, University Degree10-12 years of strong experience in the automotive industry (sales, marketing)Ability to advise the Dealer NetworkExcellent English communication skillsHindi appreciatedPlanning, Conflict Management, Build relationship, Understanding Business, Communication, Showing Direction of work, Analysis, Performance Driven, Reporting
