Job DescriptionReporting to the Business Manager for the region, you would be performing the following activities Ensure all implant solutions achieve agreed growth targetsEstablish, develop and foster relationships with all key customers within the territory to ensure the company's implants are the implants of choiceImplement partnership plans with key clinics/customersIdentify potential customers, present information about the company's products, secure sales commitmentProvide surgical support in the OR for procedures during the start-up phase and an on-going basis as necessaryDevelop knowledge of competitor practices and activities, and identify strategies to counteract themIdentify key decision makers and influencers and develop and leverage relationships to support the introduction of new productsThe Successful ApplicantAn ideal candidate for this position would possess the following attributes First class Science degree from a reputed Institution eg BE(Electronics), BTech, BSc7 + years surgical sales experience with a multinational company, within a related sector (medical devices, implants or surgical solutions), preferably with a key account focus.Stable work history >3 years / role, preferably internal promotion.Exceptional spoken and written English language skills and at least 1 local languageStrong presentation skills
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering) | B.Sc. (Science)

Experience: 7-12
