Provide world class sales support, services & value selling as a preferred supplierMain TasksSalesSteer & achieve Sales for Ultrason, Baxxodur, Epoxy systems, in various applications like Medical, Filtration, Automotive, E&E, wind energy etc.Achieve DIV & DSO targets as decided by the RBUPromote Basotect in construction segment and work closely with construction segments Key Account ManagementManage Global Key accountsBuild on strong & long lasting relations.Regional SupportSupport Region to achieve global targets.SupportRegion on global projects like Qualification of Ultrason material for existing & new customers.Liaising between Region & OEMS in India on technical development..Market IntelligenceAnalyze market trends & preferences, competition activities.Study the import data on competition & thus strategically support Region on pricing for Company products.MISGenerate reports, submit forecasts, on timely basis as decided by the Region.Manage Information related to pricing, customer, and shipments.Brand Building & PromotionPromote Company at various trade platforms, customers by attending exhibitions, Technical days, seminars etc.New Business DevelopmentsIdentification of New applications, New Business, Value creation or share shift opportunities for Ultrason, Epoxy Systems & Specialty Foams.Represent G-PM in IT-WIND extensively so as to promote Baxxodur Epoxy systems.Apply Creative & Innovative concepts in order to promote Specialty products.RequirementEducation BE Chemical/Plastic processing/B Tech /M techWorking Experience (min required exp.)12 plusTechnical & Professional Knowledge Plastics /chemicals /Construction/consultancy companies
Degree: MBA/ PGDM | ME/ M.Tech./ MS (Engg/ Sciences)

Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 12-17
