We are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Sales DirectorResponsible for the growth of the company's FSI business in the UAE by representing the company's products and services offering to customers. The Sales Manager will manage the business relationship at all levels in order to develop and sustain the maximum level of profitable business achievable for products and services.Primary ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales targets, quarterly and annuallyStrong sales management and operations experiences, end to end. Manage sales pipeline to deliver accurate forecasting. Experience with using CRM systems is a must. Deliver effective governance to management on major dealsProduce and maintain accurate organisational maps for accountsDevelop and maintain strong and trusted relationship with company's channel team, alliances and different BU organizations. Own the process for development of win reports and joint customer case studies referencesCollaborate with Marketing on joint PR with customersServe as company's evangelist for customersDrive programmes to promote operational excellenceLead the development of joint solution offerings with partners an alliancesWork with Channel teams to grow run-rate businessGrow company's presence and share of wallet within assigned named accountsContinuously qualify the landscape of each major competitor's relationship with assigned accounts and develop plan to increase company's FSI share of wallet over time ExperienceMinimum 8 years of customer facing experience in FSI Solutions sales in the UAETarget Account Selling, to Enterprise Named AccountsStrong banking contacts at C levels and below across the UAEStrong knowledge and experience of Infrastructure solution sales (Server, Storage, Network, UCandC). Previous experience, strong knowledge and existing contacts with major Core Banking and other key FSI ISV's, SI's Be able to overcome field sale challenges and evangelize company's value at all levels in the bank. Strong project and program management skills ability to manage, structure and package complex mega solution proposalsdeals from creation to closure. Design and execute on account plan for each assigned bankUnderstand the market issues and trends affecting within the FSI industry and be creative in supporting the development of joint solution offerings with partners and alliances. Develop and sell the optimum business and technical solution to qualified opportunities, working with the wider company's Sales community and Channel Partner Account Managers where necessary. Identify key decision makers and those who influence at all levels within the account and build effective relationships using. Identify potential competitive threats and take timely and effective action to minimise them. Develop C level customer relationships using a high level of relationship management skills that will clearly establish the strategic IT and other needs of the customer and how they can be satisfied by the company's business model, sustain good business relationship over the longer sales cycle. Plan and implement a programme of account management activity and work internally within the company to ensure the most effective support of the account management process that seeks to optimise customer satisfaction and develop sales opportunity. Develop effective networks within each prospective customer at all levels where most appropriate so as to ensure the company is the principal consideration for any future systems requirements. ConstantlyCo-ordinate the activities of all supporting company's functions within the account

Clear, accurate and concise and systematic reporting to management within the companyA track record of sales achievement within the new business or account management environment. Suitable candidates will possess good product and technical understanding for servers, storage, network and UCand C.
