Lead, motivate and train the unit and the advisors.RESPONSIBILITY/ TASKSAdvisor recruitmentIdentify, assess and recruit life advisors on an ongoing basis to ensure an effective channel at all timesTeam ManagementEnsure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputsEnsure regular updates are available and accessible by advisorsSupport and train advisors by making joint callsIncrease engagement of advisors to ensure retention and activationSales FocusEvaluate opportunities to maximize business growth for the unit.Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve the agreed Sales Targets for the unitKeep up-to-date with market developments, Company policies, procedures, sales process and legislation and disseminate to teamThe salary band for this role is upto 5.50 lakhs+ INCENTIVESHowever, please note that the individual salary offered will be decided by the company on a case to case basis.Besides the fixed salary there are incentive schemes which are very attractive and you havethe potential to earn significant money.
