Responsible for new business acquisition through existing clients as well as through new prospectsReviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are metResponsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenueEnsures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the reporting manager of any problems that may ariseOwns the contract and contract renewals for repeat business from an existing clientWorks closely with the training delivery team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the projectEnsures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitableAware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new businessProvides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectationsUnderstanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the clientDesired Candidate ProfileMBAwith 6 to 10 yrs of experience in SalesProven sales skills in the industry with minimum of last 4 years spent selling corporate trainingProven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationshipsHaving been a trainer would be an added advantageMotivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiatorExcellent written and oral communication skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
