Key ResponsibilitiesAchieving the sales targets set by the management and making sure the revenue for each month is achieved.Attending the showroom and corporate client walk-ins as per the sales process (Queries allocations by CRM / Front office Coordinator).Reviewing ones own performance and being highly motivated to excel.Identifying and developing new business through networking and follow up calls.Listening to the customer requirements and presenting an appropriate and customised sales plan to them.Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails.Calling & arranging meetings with potential customers if required, going outside the premise of showroom for meetings.Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales as per the standards of Automobile Industry.Gathering market and customer information and staying updated about latest market trends.Representing BBT Brand at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.Checking & validating the stock present in showroom and online.Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations. Feeding future buying trends back to employers.Attending Team meeting /Sales reviews / MRM and sharing best practices with colleagues.Required SkillsMBA Sales & Marketing preferred.Min. of 5-8 years of strong Sales experience in any Industry.Should be a confident and self-motivated female as well as a car enthusiast.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
