** This is a business development and client acquisition role and the remuneration comprises of a basic salary + commission based on sales targets. ** Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:
5 – 10 years’ experience in a middle management sales and business development role within the F&B retail, distribution or channel sales and HORECA industries with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the UAE / Gulf region and UK, Europe or South Africa.
Proven ability in developing and implementing successful sales and pricing strategies based on market segmentation and product mix.
Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate with corporate senior level decision makers.
Must have lived and worked internationally in the UK, Europe or South Africa in a sales role in the F&B retail, distribution or channel sales and HORECA industries.
Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.
UAE / GCC driving license is mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory

As part of our client’s rapid growth and success, we are recruiting an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager from the F&B distribution industry to join their Dubai operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will focus on new client acquisition both within the GCC and more internationally. Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development and client acquisition strategies for revenue growth, market penetration based on sales budgets to meet annual sales targets through F&B distribution within the hospitality, retail and HORECA industries.
Recruit, develop and manage the sales team.
Conduct market research and analysis based on consumer trends and market conditions.
Manage large corporate accounts to increase organic growth.
P&L accountability and develop and manage sales budgets.
Lead the industry trade networking and marketing activities. Essential Skills & Experience Required
