An Oil and Gas company is now recruiting for a Sales and Marketing ManagerDuties and responsibilitiesPrepare the yearly Sales and Marketing plan, and set the departmental budgetImplement marketing and advertising campaignsAssembling and analyzing sales forecastsPreparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectivesPlanning and organizing promotional presentations to management teamUpdating marketing plan calendarConduct comparisons of competitors' pricing and menu items on a regular basisMaintain an up-to-date competitor listPrepare monthly, quarterly and semi-annually analysis brand sales performance versus targetPrepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales dataEnsure that all brand communications deliver a clear understanding of the value proposition to potential business partners and customersPlan promotional activities and coordinate with the concerned departments for implementationCoordinate all advertising requirements, such as photography and media schedulesIntroduce and prepare all promotional and collateral materials to be in-line with the corporate imageKeep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with branding agency inventorying stock placing orders verifying receiptRegularly updating competition analysis report by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertisingUpdate job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities reading trade publicationsAccomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsGeneralProvide a climate that is consistent with the mission and the vision statementsAdhere to all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPP)Provide the superior with information on all issues of concern to the business


Job profileBachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent, master's degree is a plusA minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in sales andor marketingNeat, clean and well-groomed appearancePleasant personality and positive attitudeAbility to cope with stressAbility to work under pressureAbility to manage cost control information and systemsAbility to work independently and to take initiativeAttentive to detailsConstantly seeking to improve know howExcellent analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent time management skillsGood negotiation and communication skillsGood command of English and Arabic (both oral and written)
