Have a thorough understanding of the companys sales & marketing plan and the goals to be achieved.Have thorough understanding of the company s product, services, delivery modes , standards, processes to be followed.Identify and manage the target market and customer database.Conduct prospecting campaigns via email, sms, direct mail, telemarketing, web marketing.Generate and qualify leads using various methods.Assist in preparing sales & marketing plans and strategiesDevelop and maintain sales and promotional materialsDevelop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clientsNegotiate with clientsMaintain all activity records and prepare reportsSupport the field sales team with proposals, appointment scheduling, follow up calls.Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in personEnsure customer service satisfaction and good client relationshipsKeep customer service department aware of any quality checks on product and service deliveryParticipate in sales events, promotions, tradeshowsEducation and ExperienceFemales with at least 2 years of experience in similar role.Knowledge of MS office - word , excel , powerpoint.Preferably with BBA or MBA.Expertise in CRM tools, web marketing, SEO, social networking.Net savvy in social networking sites, blogs etc.Key Competencies Good written and oral communication skills in English.Should be conversant in Tamil. Hindi would be added advantage.PersuasivenessAdaptabilityNegotiation skillsResilience and tenacityStress toleranceGoal driven and self motivated.
