Intensive communication with the international internal customers, mainly in English Partial communication with external international customersRepresents the End Customers view, ensuring customer clarity, for example are customer part numbers referenced Reviews PCN content for quality and complianceCoaches EC / PCN creators to continuously improve first pass yield of PCN sEnsures proper coordination and approvals have occurred before releasing PCN for distribution Releases ECO after the appropriate waiting periodHandling of distribution of PCN to external customers and ensuring a fast response to customers feedback/questions Supporting the ramp-up of all new Sales Tasks including Set-up support Support Project Management work for Sales & Marketing OrganisationResponsibility of high quality & on time delivery Ensuring a strict following of Standard Work Instructions Ensuring a constant usage of Leader Standard Work SharePoint tools and Reports with daily updatesEnsuring to participate in all kind of trainings that are offered Support the on boarding of new joiners and secure a robust knowledge transfer Fully supporting all TEOA initiatives according Star Level requirementssupporting continuous improvement projects with active participation participate in all kind of team initiatives/programs2+ years of experience in Quality or Sales environment Project Management and project follow-up experience required Moderate level of business acumen, can identify wording that may have negative impact if released to customersSome engineering knowledge Managerial courage to push back into organisationPC knowledges in SAP, MS Office, Access, SharePoint, Project Management Tools Very good communication skills Very high customer and service orientation requiredPerformance oriented Quality focused Attention to details Structured way of workingStrong, self-confident personality Understanding of rights and risks that can occur inside companiesWillingness to constantly learn also complex processes and scenarios Flexible to work in different time zones as per business requirements
