ResponsibilityMain Responsibilities- Geography Sales Officer is responsible for achievement of agreed sales target/objectives for the defined territory which are given by SOs direct manager- S/He will be responsible for all commercial transactions with the dealers- S/He will be responsible for achieving all network related targets as assigned for the territory (network expansion, revival of inactive outlets, product placement etc.)- S/He will be responsible for business/outlet development & channel engagement in the territory mainly through CG & professional pricing coordination with the Professional Sales Officer- The Geography Sales Officer shall work closely with the Professional Sales Officers, Market Development Officers and the Customer Service Officer (if present) in the Depot to deliver outstanding customer service to dealers Key / Principal Objectives(Sales & Collection Performance) 1. Achievement of agreed sales & collections target/objectives for the territory.2. Achievement of agreed PPS (Professional Painting Service) targets through MR Stores in the territory(wherever applicable)3. Communication & explanation of all trade schemes as and when introduced.4. Ensure that distributors provide an appropriate service (as per service level agreement) to the retailers/ sub dealers - (Bharat geographies)5. Deliver high standards of customer service through regular visits, complaint resolution and commercial reconciliations.6. Network management & expansion targets achievement (New Outlet opening, Product Placement, Range selling, new product placement etc.)7. Deliver channel productivity as per defined norms8. Provide information on competitors activities (promotions, price changes, new products, new dealer / store opening, new initiatives, any issues in the market etc.) Key AccountabilitiesProduct Placement 0. Ensure month on month billing of AN products to dealers PPI(Product Placement)1. Ensure dealers buy range of products (as defined) month on month PRI (Product Range Index)2. New product placement & activation3. Check the stock at shelves & godown of the dealer and create order
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
