To engage directly with and build credible relationships with the country sales teams in relation to all sales applications in the organization and be seen as a strong value add to the business and success of the sales organizationTo be an expert of the Qlik quoting tool and associated end to end processesTo ensure that all sales applications are used consistently across the country and drive accuracy and value-add in all data reportingTo capture, document, refine and improve key business processes that effect the business to ensure best practice is followedTo drive relevant enablement, training and support of the functionality and any new version/enhancementsTo maintain close communication with all end-users and IT Service DeskEnsure Sales are working with the Sales Productivity team, accounts labeled correctly account plan in placeWork closely with Marketing Operations Manager on key metrics for lead to pipeline conversionAssist the partner community with QlikBuy or portal related issues if a partner manager is unavailableTo own and deliver against all reporting requirements by the business and use KPIS to monitor and measure successKey ChallengesAccurate, consistent and on time support on processes/tools essential for sales organizational effectiveness.Efficient allocation of technology support and training resources impacting the sales organizationStrong coordination with Regional teams and finance functionRequirements3-5 years working in a similar roleFinancial background an advantageHighly competent IT & system skills in depth knowledge of Excel & is required.Understanding of Software businessesOther relevant languages would be an advantageBusiness level English mandatory
