Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Salesforce training programs and conduct needs analysisResponsible for communicating Salesforce and Sales tool changes and enhancements to the Sales organization, impacted parties and stakeholdersWork with the field to understand business user requirements and areas for improvementMeasure effectiveness and use of sales tools such as Hoovers and Rain King and determine if other tools are needed to increase sales productivityTeam with marketing to design & deliver integrated lead demand gen automationLead / assist with Salesforce projects that improve sales productivity or operational excellence including, but not limited to, forecasting, PRM and sales process improvementsWork with the reporting & territory management team to enhance existing reports and dashboards as well as build new ones that increase sales visibility and efficienciesParticipate in New Product Introduction projects and be the Sales Operations / Salesforce voiceSupport items pertaining to Salesforce, Sales tools and projects managed by this role RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of relevant experience supporting a fast paced team or working within a sales team/ organizationExperience dealing with customer issues, challenges, complaints, and having the savvy to escalate when appropriateSalesforce AdministratorKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointWorking knowledge of Microsoft Project and VisioKnowledge of Agile Processes
