The Sales Operations Manager will help drive the overall productivity and sales effectiveness of the Asia Pacific (APJ) Sales organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Worldwide Sales Operations, this role will also be a critical matrix member of the APJ Sales Leadership team. In this role you will help form and drive sales strategy, operational excellence and provide leadership to propel forward all aspects of sales operations including sales productivity, forecasting, yearly planning, enablement and field readiness.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Tasks and Responsibilities) Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the APJ Sales organization.Ensure planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the company.Provide leadership and counsel to APJ Sales Leader and the Vice President of Sales Operations in implementing sales objectives that appropriately reflect the organizations business goals.Responsible for equitably assigning sales quotas and ensuring the company s financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota and planning process.Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Facilitate the successful implementation of new programs through the sales organization by ensuring a well-defined, efficient sales process. Help foster an organization of continuous process improvement.Prioritize investments in enabling technologies for the purpose of driving efficiency and sales productivity. Recommend changes and enhancements to the Zscaler s Customer Relationship Management technology platform.Provide analytical support and counsel for recommendations to improve our Go-To-Market strategies, coverage models, and sales team configurations in order to maximize sales effectiveness.Work closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization s success. Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities.Ensure sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to Sales Leadership. Coordinate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives.Assist and provide input to sales compensation program rules, policies, and procedures.Assist with New Hire onboarding and other sales enablementprograms for resources in APJ Sales. May include annual sales kick off training agenda and program; creation of Learning Management System and modules, as well as sales certification programs.Expert in SFDC and Microsoft Suite, knowledge of Steelbrick, Marketo helpfulA demonstrated passion for information and business intelligenceStrong understanding of sales processes and methodologiesStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projectsExcellent analytical skills with strong attention to detailProven track record of effectively interfacing with cross-functional departments and sales management teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
