What we are looking forDevelop and maintain a positive working relationship with the candidates and work towards delighting them by helping them achieve their program goalsMaintain a constant communication channel with candidates via phone, email, chat and social media to keep them updated about the latest in their programEducation & ExperienceExcellent written and spoken communication skillsStrong customer service bent of mind, in order to understand the student expectations and support them to achieve their goals through the programApproachable and vibrant personalityAbility to approach any situation with patience and empathyPassion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all timesMust be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlinesBasic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatoryGraduate in any field.Analyze all interactions(on the platform, in person or on call) that each candidate has with UpGrad to understand their progress and provide them with regular feedback and motivation to help them succeedBring in constant feedback to help improve the programs and improve satisfaction scoresInfluence the program calendar including deadlines and events by working closely with the program team and driving the schedule for the maximum benefit of the candidates
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
