Duties include the followingManaging all corporate tool interfaces to ensure all HR inquiries are funneled through HCC.Managing the response to all HCC inquiries within 24 hours.Escalating advanced requests and assignments as necessary.Analyze, research, develop and write responses to the organization's request for proposals (RFPs)Work closely with internal functional area subject matters experts to develop response narratives and gather RFP collateral materialsWork with HCC Pursuit Teams, Sales Consultants, Transition Managers and HCC Tools Team to develop strategic designs, concepts and proposal assetsReview proposal responses related to compliance with RFP requirements, and whether response is on message with the win strategy and themesReview and understand the RFP and supporting documents for assigned opportunities and verify that graphics are in brand and compliant with all RFP requirementsReview, fulfill and understand all report requests, ensuring that our corporate response is consistent and does not publish data externally that would impact our corporate messaging and intent.Develop RFP transition documentation that will improve overall qualityDevelop knowledge of HR HCCs go-to-market strategies and HPE s product offerings for Enterprise ServicesProvide communications and tool support for internal and external marketing deliverablesComplete other initiatives and duties as assigned or requested including but not limited to, development of external websites, development and implementation of client and/or employee surveys, and new tools and processes.Additionally, the HCC tools, sales alignment and operations Intermediate rolewill drive best practices with sales collateral, internal and external tools, deliverables, and systems development alignment to ensure that the HCC organization can deliver the HPE labor strategy on business opportunities, manage risks associated with HR solutions, and provide alternative HR approaches to HPE Enterprise Services deal teams and clients alike via a consulting framework and business acumen mindset in the most productive manner possible. QualificationsEducation and SkillsAbility to communicate clearly and conciselyExcellent writing and editing skills (including a keen eye for detail and consistency)Strong follow-up and follow-through skillsStrong project management and customer service skillsDemonstrated ability to manage time and deliverables under tight deadlinesMust have a Mastery level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint including but not limited to designing and implementing workflows, list feature databases, embedded documents and links, as well as template development.Must be flexible, highly motivated, and able to clearly and concisely articulate win themes, proof points and convey HPE s knowledge of the clients mission and business objectives and how our solution meets or exceeds requirements.Must have experience generating reports and analytics from multiple systems including HRBI and Workday
