Job Details

MD Management- Daily secondary planning based on the report from FOS (RDS & MD) working sheets.- Based on Secondary figures, the TM plans for MD's primary.- Review stock of the MD- Place primary to the RDS accordingly.- Check and verify MDs MIS reporting system and ensure that the reporting is sent to the RDS on daily basis.- Account reconciliation of the MD with the RDS on monthly basis.- Account reconciliation of the MD with the market on monthly basis for A class and KROs and once every quarter for all other dealers. The file has to be maintained at MD and RDS location.2. Market Coverage- Dealer/ Market visits to key dealers as per his beat plan.- Set targets for each FOS w.r.t. WOD coverage target. Monitor dealer coverage on weekly basis FOS wise for his area, highlight the weak coverage areas and guide the FOS towards improvement.- Monitor Volume achievement vs. the target on weekly basis along with the collections of payment.- Ensuring range placement of smart phone in the outlet where not available.- Productive billing in other outlets with feature phone.- Controlling the ISDs and tracking their productivity directly or through the TLs. The target vs. achievement of each ISD to be mapped on weekly basis. Striker /TL (wherever applicable ) to report into the TM3. Local Level Promotion/ Competition Study- Study competition activities in his area and assess the advantages and dis-advantages of various competing brands.- Suggest a counter attack and local level promotion to minimize the mileage gained by the competition.- Plan out activities for his territory to gain volumes and increase coverage.- Ensure proper visibility in all Spice counters in his territory and release a bi-monthly report to the ASM about the activities/ visibility in his territory.Desired Skills and Competencies- Analytical skills, Conflict Handling Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Verbal & written communications skillsIdeal Candidate- Preferred MBA from reputed B School- MS Office, Mathematical Operations, Conditional Formatting
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
