Serve as a key subject matter expert on complex and/or critical business issues and processes with particular emphasis on CRMAbility to configure SF CRM platformSetting up of validation rulesSolve complex problems and develops innovative solutions related to the platform utilized by the sales, client services, operational support, Finance, and executive managementDrive the innovative use of as a productivity tool and business platform. Be a company expert on front-end and back-end development of Salesforce.comDevelop additional system functionality to drive sales team, proposal and contract management process efficienciesCreate/change screen layouts, dashboards, fields, business rules (validations and workflow) to support business requirementsPerform analysis, administration, troubleshooting, testing, software and data environment refreshes as neededPackage and deploy software changes to all environments (development, testing, production) Solve problems and provide guidance to members of own team (senior)Demonstrate ability to influence business teams when deploying, launching, or implementing changes on applications to leverage the best solutionsCreate and run reports for Senior Management team as well as Business Development and Global Contracts and Client Relations department.Summary of Main Job DescriptionResponsibilities include configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance, and overall improvement of the Salesforce platform.Main point of contact for all requests relating to SalesforceResponsible for ensuring proper use of data using workflow and validation rulesReview, plan, and implement updates in support of corporate goalsUpdate to lists and fields while maintaining data integrity with various systems downstreamTo accomplish this you partner closely with the Sales Team, Global Contracts and Client Relations department, Finance, and Operational Support Team to understand business needs and provide automated solutions in support the organization delivering its client servicesTraining and support to users as neededPreferred administration and customization/configurationAdvanced proficiency in administrative tasks such as creating user profiles, roles, programming custom apps and objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow rules, validation rules, reports, dashboards, filter logic, security, data managementJava script, Salesforce code, apex, and html add on communication app (Conga) using fully integrated formulaic fieldsExperience with data management and relational database design and familiarity with data formats, table joins, etc.Demonstrable business process knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and FinanceExperience/BackgroundExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the organizationStrong English reading/writing/speaking skillsMore than 3 years of experience in Salesforce platformAbility to translate business requirements into technical deliverablesUndergraduate degree or equivalent experienceSFDC Administrator CertificationExpertise with Salesforce Customer Communities, Lightning Process Builder, and Visual FlowsOperational Support experience; Clear understanding of end-to-end business processes supported by ServiceCloud experienceParticular Skills RequiredDesire to lead an organization through its heavily integrated cross functional applications which include multiple server platforms within a Windows 12 OS environment using desktop applications including Microsoft Office and webbased CRM Salesforce.comAre creative, curious and energized when designing and executing process optimization and real time sales performance enhancement.Enjoy juggling competing priorities.
