Minimum 4.6 - 6.5 years of hands on experience in CRM implementation, support or related business experience2. Experience of Min 3-5 SFDC end to end implementations mandatory. 3. SalesForce certifications 401(mandatory), 201 (mandatory), 501 (helpful)4. 1 Year of Experience in Java is mandatory 5. Knowledge of Heroku is added advantage (Optional)6. Well versed with all Out of the Box features of Salesforce. 7. development best practices Apex Programming (SOSL and SOQL,'s Web Services and APIs), VF pages, Triggers, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & DashboardsSalesForce Security model Integrating SFDC using Web Methods, Web services, SSO, Cast Iron, Informatica etc8. Good understanding of cloud computing and encryption technologies used in the same9. Understanding of web technologies 10. Experience in business process mapping and translating the same to technical solutions11. Experience in leading technical requirement gathering session, writing technical documents and managing integration. Others 12. Good understanding of Sales and Marketing related processes in the financial services sector (asset Management preferred)13. Experience of working with multi-cultural teams in a geographically diverse environment 14. Ability to manage client expectations and scope.15. Very good communication skills and the ability to explain and articulate technical aspects in a manner than business can understand
