Minimum 3+ years of current working experience in BSS domain Customer Management, Order Management, Configure Price quote systems, BSS Workflows Minimum 4+ years of working experience in any of the force.com platforms Salescloud, servicecloudor cloudsense, salesforceExperience across multiple services Mobile, telephony,internet, digital TV, multiple business segments B2B, B2CDevelopment experience on force.com platforms and multiple certifications Database skills - Oracle, PL/SQL APEX, Java Development skills ITIL processes, eTOM frameworks. Play a key role inunderstand and Capture Business/IT requirement and preparation of its documentation and review. Proactively monitor and manage risks and issues. Work with technical lead to setuppriorities and delivery goals Provide direction to resources on capturing the high levelrequirements and functional specification Provide functional expertise in the operation process Work in operation support teams, design and development. RCA and Problem Management Working directly with architects, business engineers, and development teams globally
Additional Degree: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering)

Experience: 8-10
