ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ?? Overseeing the daily operation of the spa.?? Ensuring the staff is well trained always , keeping in track educational modules?? Recruit,develop and mentor the staff to create a high performance team.?? Administration - ensuring the cleanliness of the Spa/Salon facilities and working operation of all Spa/Salon equipment.?? Execute appropriate strategies and actions to increase sales.?? Overseeing and motivating spa/salon sales.?? Develop vendor relations.?? Improve operating efficiencies.?? To achieve target ROI and profit sharing targets and ensuring salon/ team reaches target set and make profit.?? Running and managing the salon/spa in full alignment with the Company?s business model and brand standing?? Deliver customer satisfaction through operational effectiveness.?? Manage appointments, client records , client feedback?? Manage books of account on daily basis?? Manage and maintain spa/ salon stocks?? Responsible for maintenance of building / repairs ,equipment and all such assets?? Coordinating with HOKEY INTERFACES / RELATIONSHIP A)??? FINANCE6.1 INTERNAL CUSTOMER B)??? HUMAN RESOURCESC)??? TECHNICAL TEAM6.2 EXTERNAL CUSTOMER A)??? CUSTOMERSB)??? VENDORSC)??? BANKSKEY COMPETENCIES ?? Good analytic abilities to foresee various aspects of development7.1 FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES ?? Should have sound knowledge of SPA etiquette and methods of selling?? Skill in Forecasting, budgeting and preparing sales reports.?? Skill in identifying and resolving issues to develop the Area and achieve the targets.?? High understanding of Trade and practices.?? Knowledge of computer systems, spreadsheet and ERP software and applications7.2 BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES ?? Assertive with high Energy levels.?? Leadership quality high on initiatives.?? Ability leads a team of 6~12 people, assign and review staff targets & performance.?? Strong interpersonal skills.?? Ability to work creatively with management and communicate. effectively with all levels of management.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM
