Support the Deloitte Core HR ApplicationsWork with team members to analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirementsSupport and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixesConfigure IMG tables based on client requirementSupport SAP HR reporting requirements / Interface management / Applications support of Deloitte as requiredSupport daily Core SAP HR operations and provide timely and consistent resolution of third-level Support activitiesProvide around the clock support as needed including, but not limited to, participating in the on-call rotationCreate and maintain internal documentation and end-user training materials as needed. Liaise with a learning group to provide input into training materialsProvide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to enable consistency across all projectsParticipate in the continuous improvement processes, as assignedExperience 4 to 6 yrsDesired Profile RequiredAny Bachelors degree or Business Information Systems or MBA or equivalent degree.The candidate must have worked on a minimum of 1-2 end to end SAP HCM implementation and support project experience. SAP HCM experience with minimum 4 -6 years with expert knowledge in HR business areas including (not limited to) Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Benefits, Compensation Management, Recruitment, Personnel Development, Training & Event Management and Time and Payroll related HR components.Business knowledge of various HCM processes and be proficient in SAP configuration aspects. Should be able to work with the customer independentlyDevelops, write and communicate technical/ functional requirements and design documentsAssess existing Client configuration against SAP best practices and industry standardsGAP analysis for HR business areasKnowledge of data migration and interface to third party vendors, SAP reporting, and Adhoc query etc. Knowledge of writing functional specificationsStrong analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills, as well as communication and interpersonal skills, is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms. Hands-on Experience HR configurationShould have experience in handling US payroll, Schemas and PCRs.
