Key specific accountabilities.Responsible for the production support, maintenance, and configuration analysis of SAP HCM, Interfaces and Payroll/GB Payroll solutionsAnalyze issues, evaluate options, recommend workflow or procedural solutions, analyze SAP HCM configurations and test solutions.Technical investigations - Debug programs to trace issues and recommend permanent solutionAct as liaison between the business and various technical teams (ABAP HR, PI, BW, Portal and other downstream systems) to ensure quick resolution of incidents.Assist in development of SAP documentation, online help, training material, and quick reference guides and delivery of SAP training when necessary.Responsible for establishing and adherence to the Standard, Processes and Procedures for the ITIL Best Practice Incident Management & Problem Management process in conjunction with other ESS Support teams.Must have user experience with SAP HR processes and technical aptitude to learn functional and configuration conceptsExperience with SAP HCM modules and understanding of SAP business applications in various areas hands on experience in SAP HR Core Module PA, OM and TMSAP Payroll Exposure to UK/GB Payroll, Schemas, PCR and FunctionsBasic understanding ABAP HRInbound/Outbound interfacesWorking knowledge on Total CompensationUnderstand integration with key HR modules such as Personnel Administration, Finance and BenefitsCandidate must have strong problem solving skills, be self-directed, and capable of working with minimal supervisionMust have strong commitment to customer serviceMust be dedicated to pro-active review of processes and procedures to continually enhance service quality, delivery, and supportMust have excellent interpersonal and organization skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and functional customersKnowledge of Microsoft office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Degree: CA (Chartered Accountant)
