Head the Gold Coins Business Unit and manage the P&L for the BusinessBuild strategies for the business in India and overseas to maximize revenue and profitabilityOversee the development and implementation of marketing plan for the businessConduct deep assessment of strategic competitors and industry trends and translating insights into robust competitive strategies, initiatives, and action plansGrooming talent by identifying key capabilities needed and actively coaching based on prior experience & best-practicesDesired Candidate ProfileMBAwith 12-18 years of marketing experience across channels as well as across traditional and new mediaA world class marketer who has a track record of driving direct and dramatic, business to consumer customer acquisition & retention results, by focusing on critical few priorities to succeed and clearly measuring outcomesStrong strategic thinking skills and ability to see the big picture while still enjoy rolling up his/her sleeves to execute the best marketing programs in the market.Rigorous analytical and qualitative skills and ability to demonstrate strategic and innovative thinkingTrack record of excellent partnering, collaboration and influencing across company functions, different cultures and complex time zones including virtual working with teamsExcellent communication acumen, and strong interpersonal and organizational and presentation skillsCapability & passion for building a world-class teamDemonstrated ability and passion to excel within an environment of change, start up mentality and a drive for continuous improvement
