You will manage Knowledge Management content and collateral for global distribution and consumption by IT Service Desks and Philips business users/end-usersYou will establish scalable, standardize processes and adherence to materials throughout their lifecycle to ensure usability by support staff and end usersYou will manage the execution of the Knowledge Management process in the IT Service Management tool.You will promote and drive compliance of the Knowledge Management process and materials within Philips, service desk suppliers and vendors.You will provide and manage the critical FDA requirement for ServiceNow Training Compliancy. Provide reports, periodically audit to ensure full compliance of suppliers and accuracy of records. You will leverage your advance excel and reporting skills to ensure full compliance and integrity of those who have access are fully vetted and confirmed.Key to your success is editorial and your strong business writing for results, exceptional written skills is mandatory in this role.In addition to Knowledge Management and Training compliance you will support and play an active role in developing the proper social media channels and look for mechanism to grow awareness, resolution and adoption of our global IT solutions.You will forge strong partnership amongst the IT Global Services teams, IT Service Desk providers and IT Service suppliers to improve social and knowledge management initiatives.Your responsibilitiesEnd to end responsible for Knowledge Management Quality and Training Compliancy in Service NowLead improvements with the Knowledge Base and quality of content through exceptional written skills and by influencing through othersParticipate in building a robust social media methodology partnering with our User Experience team to simplify and reduce Service Desk contacts, increasing self-resolution and simplification of documentation consumed by Philips end users.Take full ownership to grow Knowledge Mgt Identify knowledge gaps and contribute to the IT Service Management Knowledge Management process to close knowledge gapsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective knowledge solutions leveraging Philips communities / social media platforms, and Knowledge Management solutions.Responsible for developing content and measuring effectiveness/improvements.As an individual contributor, you will be part of a global virtual team and collaborate with various IT stakeholders in and out of the Philips IT organization. You will report directly to the SD&SO Service Integration & Excellence Lead.
