Responsible for providing executive assistant & administrative support services to ensure the effectiveness.Act as an interface between the business team, clients and all other stakeholdersUpdating and maintaining HODs calendar ,Manage travel and schedule.Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments, ensuring prompt and effective follow up on all internal and external meetings based on calendarAssisting in conducting / organizing meetings and preparing reports, as well preparation of documents for meetings and presentations as required.Participate in Business review meetings and prepare the minutes of meetings (MoM)Prepare and / or edit internal and external communication, letters, memos, emails etc.Manage reports and data files appropriately, creating highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing, resulting in easy access to critical information and streamlined functioningEnsuring the closure of discussions and action-items from HODs meetingsCoordinating and setting up high-level conference calls and management meetings for HODConducting extensive research on potential clients, reporting findings to HOD/ develop, format and maintain databasesAnswering phone calls from clients and respond to the emails received from clients in the absence of HODPrepare and maintain the client and contact database updating on an ongoing basisManaging the external and internal communication and maintaining records of the sameActing as liaison and maintaining open lines of communication among senior executives, middle management and other administrative staff.
Degree: MBA/ PGDM

Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
