Client of Cygnus Staffing Solutions, a leading Manufacturing Company looking for Secretary / Office CoordinatorAsst for their Office at Hyderabad.Secretary / Office CoordinatorResponsibilitiesMaintaining Diary, scheduling meetings & reminding, correspondence, filing system and handling office correspondence,Maintaining of entire office Stationary and printing, including envelopes, letterhead, name cardsManage and arrange for all employee travels and processes required reimbursements.Participate in various meetings and prepare agenda for work.Interacting with customers directly and through telephone.Coordinating for the Client Visit making all the arrangements,Updating MIS & Billing (Monthly Wise),Booking Conference Rooms for Meetings through mails,Updating Manager s Calendar, Scheduling Meetings, Preparing Agendas and circulating among the attendees.
