Mobility is the goal Manage appointments and meetings on daily basis for CEO Coordination and arrangment of meetings and conferences at different locations and at international time zones Provide administrative support for meetings at all levels Manage internal and external communication - emails, letters, phone calls Arranging bridges/Tele-Presence for weekly/monthly reviews Interdepartmental Coordination Meetings, Business Travel, Marketing, Accounts etc provide administrative support to department individually. Managing travel, visa, ticket, vehicle and stay arrangements-Domestic & International Managing end to end activities related to expats- travel, visa process, accomodation, prepare, manage and follow the meeting agenda Handling business correspondence related to key customers Managing expense claims for CEO and ensure accuracy and timeliness. Travel for business meetings / conferences on ocassional basis Experience in planning, arranging events / seminars, communication meets Support internal events, celebrations at various occasion Mobility needs you ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS 1) Graduate with good academic records. Certification in Secretarial Course shall be added advantage 2) Expert Working Knowledge of Computer Systems and proficiency in MS Office. WORK EXPOSURE/EXPERIENCE 1) Minimum 5-7 years of experience or similar capacity preferably in a MNC environment 2) Excellent in interpersonal skills and business communication ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALITIES 1) Excellent communication skills 2) Good PR qualities and ability to maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders 3) Integrity of highest order 4) Self Confident 5) Innovative and creative thinker
Additional Degree: BA (Arts) | B.Com. (Commerce) | B.Pharm. (Pharmacy) | B.Plan. (Planning) | B.Sc. (Science) | BBA/ BBM/ BBS | BCA (Computer Application) | Diploma-Other Diploma | B.Ed. (Education) | BHM (Hotel Management)
