Main responsibilities Manage the process and conceptual engineering teams; ensure optimal balance of experience and capability in conceptual, front-end and detailed design phases. Proven ability to communicate, delegate, and motivate the discipline teams. Experience of application of industrial design standards and codes such as ASME, ANSI and API, TEMA etc., Should have process engineering knowledge in simulation and development of PFD s, P&IDs, Equipment sizing, hydraulic calculation, safety relief calculation and Datasheets. Should have experience of thermal design of Equipments and conversant with process software s like HTRI, HYSYS, Thermoflow, Gate Cycle, ASPEN, PRO II, Flaresim, Flarenet, Pipesim etc., Should be well versed in conceptual, front end and detailed design Engineering. Should be able to lead and independently handle Process Engineering of assigned areas and interact with other engineering disciplines, project and client. Must be good in people management skills with single point responsibility for the integrity and quality of all work within the discipline Meeting cost and time targets to assist process in delivering high quality design and consultancy services to oil and gas industry clients.
